INGREDIENTS
- Lima Beans - 1cup
- coconut paste - 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
- Green chilly paste -1 tsp
- Garlic paste -1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1tsp
- Curry leaves -5
- Red chilly powder -1/2tsp
- Coriander powder -1 tsp
- Tumeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Soak lima beans overnight or for about 6 to 7 hours.
- Cook lima beans in pressure cooker till soft.
- Place pan on medium flame, add oil into it.
- When oil heats up, add cumin seeds and curry leaves.Fry it.
- Then add cooked lima beans and all the dry masala.Stir well
- Now add coconut paste and salt.
- Mix well and bring it to boil.
- Lima beans curry is ready to serve.
- Lima beans can be serve with chapathis or plain rice.
