INGREDIENTS
- Paneer ,cubed - 1 cup
- Bellpepper chopped (red,yellow,green,orange) - 1 cup
- Tomato chopped - 1 big
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds
- Dry red chillies - 4
- Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
- Cilantro - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3 tbsp
PREPARATION
- Place the pan on medium flame and add oil into it.
- When oil heats up, add dry red chillies and coriander seeds.Fry for a minute.
- Add chopped bellpepper and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add chopped tomato and cook till tomato pieces becomes soft.
- When tomato pieces cooks ,add all dry spices powder.Mix well.
- Add cubed paneer and kasoori methi.Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Lastly sprinkle cilantro and Kadai Paneer is ready to serve hot.
- Kadai Paneer can be served with naan
