Thank you so much for visiting my blog

My name is Pranjali Naik. I am from karwar, karnataka. Earlier we were in US. Now we are  relocated in delhi, India.

Cooking is something that I show much interest in it. Before marriage I used to help my mother and see how she cooks everything evenly and so systematically. So interest in cooking went on increasing. Soon after marriage I went to US and stayed  for 3 years along with my husband. That was the best challenge to test myself how good I am at cooking. I succeeded in it. I tried different recipes and at same time I wanted to share them to all my outside friends. The passion of cooking  and interest of sharing with others brought me here to have my own personal blog which you all know it as "FOODY DELIGHT". I started my blog in 2012. The great peoples behind my blog success is my husband and my mother.
As I already mentioned I started learning cooking since my childhood  because my mother is the great cook. Whatever dish she would prepare, would turn out delicious . I learnt many recipes from her and still learning.
My husband always encouraged me in cooking. Tasted my recipe and gave me a valuable comments too.

 The collections of recipes so far I tried in my kitchen are all listed in my blog.My blog has a varieties of cuisine from appetizers to dessert, from vegetarian food to non vegetarian and  many more.
Though I am Indian person, I am open to all the world cuisine. I have also have some collections of them too.
More interest I found in cooking during baking theory. Until I was in  US, I never thought of baking cakes and bread.  Now I feel its just a fun.
